Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator with a RCFE license, to work closely with the executive administrator. You will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible, mature, and dependable person
-Works very close with Administrator
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings, booking venues, and arranging travel accommodations
- Enter orders into the computer system accurately and efficiently
- File and organize documents, ensuring proper record keeping
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important information as needed
- Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, directing calls, and handling inquiries
- Assist with daily administrative tasks as assigned such as patient care and employees performance
Skills:
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate computerized systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for errors
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles is preferred
